The Richard T. Brennan Fair Winds Memorial Foundation (RTB Fair Winds) was incorporated in 2021 to honor RDML Richard T. Brennan’s spirit of inquiry and passionate leadership by fostering future leaders, visionaries, and problem-solvers with support for higher education, and helping to heal grieving children who have suffered a traumatic loss.
